I placed an order for pick-up on 12/18/24, but the item was unavailable in-store and needed to be shipped. It was originally set to be ready for pick-up by 12/24/24. On 12/20/24, I received an email stating the item was ready for pick-up and needed to be picked up by 12/25/24. Since I couldn't pick it up before 12/25/24, I called on 12/24/24 to request that it be held until 01/02/25. However, on 12/26/24, I received an email notifying me that my order had been cancelled. Concerned, I called again to confirm if my order was still valid, and the representative assured me that a note had been added to hold the item until 01/02/25.

When I went into the store on 12/31/24 to pick up my order, I was informed that they no longer had my item and had no idea what happened to it. How is this possible when I was explicitly told on 12/26/24 that my order wasn't cancelled? It's clear that someone failed to follow through. The only solution they offered was for me to repurchase the item in-store, but they didn't even have it in stock. This is a clear example of poor professionalism and terrible customer service

The associates were pretty helpful but when I went to check out, they had no printer paper so they said they couldn’t give me a receipt. Also this is the first American Eagle store I’ve ever been to that does not actually put a mark on their clearance. All the items and their clearance section looked just like their items so it’s hard to tell the difference between regular items and clearance items.

Horrible customer service. Reviewed no help at all when it came to dressing rooms. No one asked if they could help around. The workers are awfully rude and made the shopping experience worse. Would not come again.

Kylie was extremely friendly and helpful today! She took her time in finding the right sizes for me and got a fitting room for me and my mother. We really appreciate the great customer service and I’m really satisfied with the two bras I purchased today! Thanks again Kylie!!

Went in to find a gift for my wife and was confused from the start. The sales staff was extremely helpful on figuring out what she might want and what was in style. They were very knowledgeable when we had to figure out what size she was and gave me a gift receipt in case it didn’t work. Luckily she loved what I got her, definitely a great experience and my wife will be coming back!

When I walked into the store all the employees were on their phones and they were super rude. I was in the store for 20 minutes and no one asked me if I needed help, I couldn’t get this shirt off the top shelf and no one would help me. I had to walk up to this one blonde girl on her phone to see if they had another size and she scoffed and took the skirt and walked to the back. She never came back so I just left.

An establishment of great integrity and incredible service. I recently went to this Aerie location in need of some assistance on an event I would be attending soon. I was looking for the perfect outfit, for an occasion that was very important to me. When I entered the store I was immediately greeted by who I think was a manager. He name was Sydney and her assistance was nothing short of supreme. She was incredibly caring, kind, and a delightful disposition which made my time there nothing short of wonderful. Her genuine care for my needs was so heart warming and made my time at the store amazing. Later on I met another one of the managers, who I learned to be Hailey. She was equally as amazing. Her miraculous work ethic and respect represented the establishment amazingly. I cannot lie to you when I say this was the best day of my life, no doubt. Everyone should go to this store, thank you so much and shoutout to Hailey and Sydney, some of the best employees ever. What an incredible experience. Life changing.
