I tried to see the size of a dildo but they wouldn't let me. I made the purchase and paid and immediately realized that it wasn't the size I was looking for. I wanted to change it for another size and they said no. I had barely bought it for 3 minutes and hadn't even opened the packaging. Thank you for the "excellent service."

This was my first time visiting an Adam and Eve store the lady that was working there was very helpful with helping me with my purchase and suggested the best product that met my needs I would like to thank Mason for all her help and making my visit to the store an excellent experience I will be looking forward to visiting the store again in the future

Customers service was great. Me and my boyfriend walked in with being welcomed and asked if we needed any assistance on finding anything. We wanted to just look around. With 3 workers also a manager maybe at the front register as well as me and my boyfriend were looking around it felt a little uncomfortable to feel as if we were being watch the entire time.. it didn’t really allow us to feel comfortable shopping in private when you have eyes staring at you.. other then that we did purchase something and will be back. I suggest playin music in the store so it’s not so quiet and awkward lol?

First time to ever be in a store such as this. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with the prettiest, and sweetest young lady. She immediately begin asking me if I need help. She continued helping me through the entire store, all the way up to when I checked out. This location is far to drive for me, but this was the best experience. I really enjoyed how relaxed the atmosphere was and the fact that she didn't make you feel uncomfortable at all. Perfect visit to this location and they will continue to have my business. Thanks so much, and a big shout out to ADAM & EVE!!

They have a good selection and the staff is super friendly and make you feel at ease. I can’t say enough how comfortable they made me feel and very professional and informative about their products. I highly recommend this location.

I've been to this place 2 times and have to say the ladies here are friendly and helpful. Despite of me not being able to return an item it was okay. It was a good thing that what I had purchased wasn't too overpriced. At the end the hubby and I were satisfied with our purchases.

Did not get my refund told me to dispute it with the bank bank denied it. I was charged 25.96 they told me at the register it failed so I ended up buying one product cash. 4 days later it stop pending and was completed transaction, so I was charged and the products where not given to me. If I could post the picture transaction I would. Transaction date was July 28 2024 at 12:18 pm.
