This was an odd experience for me for sure. While I’m new to the gluten free world and claim to be no expert I feel like businesses should do better and invest into the process. It felt like a bit of box check when I got bagels in the manufacturers bag. I also ordered sesame but I questioned if they were GF at this point. They seem to make one and buy the other? Overall I’ve heard good things but my experience was not.

My new favorite bagel shop!! Outstanding food, cool vibe, great service. Hamilton egg sandwich & French toast bagel bites were soooo good. Highly recommend!!

Very good selection of bagels. Friendly staff. Food is very fresh and tasty. Coffee drinks well prepared and served.
The everything bagel has seeds on every side. When you have it open sided, you don't have a boring bottom side like other places.
You wonder why 4 stars and not five. Well, in times where environmental protection is key, I don't think it is appropriate to serve in disposable plates.

Service here seems to suck 90% of the time.

I come here early in the morning with my baby and the team i interact make me feel like a bother or nuisance for just ordering my food.

Today I had to ask again for the drink I ordered after waiting over twenty minutes and there was no apology or let me get right on that response. Instead they respond with a subtle eye roll. Like I’m sorry I have to wait and ask for you to make the drink I ordered twenty minutes ago. I’m waiting around for this drink after finishing my meal and my 12 month son just wants to point at the crochet animals they sell. I hold it so he can just lightly touch it and point at it and they ask me if I’m going to buy it like I’m letting my son chew on it or something.

I wish I could get a refund of the tips I give because it’s a terrible feeling to tip money to a team that seems like they actively want to make your experience poor.

Will not be going back!

Not sure why this place is supposed to be so great. The wait was 23 min long. I know its a sunday morning but I thought that was a bit long to wait. I ordered tge PCH (bagel with LOX). It was ok. It came with lemon pepper, That doesn't seem to be a good match. I think the lemon pepper has salt thus making it too salty. The walnut banana bread is mediocre. I tried it. I'd only go back as a last resort.
