My recent encounter with the manager and cashier at All Saints by the Galleria left me furious. Despite being within the 28-day return window, they not only refused my return but were incredibly rude, giving me a hard time. It's infuriating that a brand I love has such poorly managed staff in this area. The lack of customer service is unprecedented, and after this experience, I have no intention of returning to this store or purchasing from this designer again. The upper management's failure in hiring is glaring, and the attitude here is far worse than anything I've seen in London or New York. Extremely disappointed.

I want to commend Kylie, the young woman and “personal stylist” who made our nearly 2-hr shopping experience both productive and enjoyable. Had it not been for her, we would have tried on the first couple dresses we saw and left when they didn’t look right. Instead, Kylie kept suggesting new & different styles based on my daughter’s body type and taste; made herself available for the fitting and adjusting of dress straps etc when needed; and gave us awesome ideas for making one dress suit many occasions. We will return to this AllSaints because of Kylie.

Staff at this location are very friendly and helpful, huge shoutout to Andres de la Rosa & Tamia. Came into the store for a purse and they helped me choose the best one for me, they showed me various options, materials and color ways. Will be returning back!!!

New for me but the clothes are good quality and I like the simplicity. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Wouod.give 5 stars but if you're 36 or 38 you're out of luck as they don't seem to have our sizes in store.

The only shop in town so they have a sort of monopoly, but their customer service is top notch. My only restraint is sometimes the lack of stock on certain items. I prefer not to order online if I walk into the store. Overall love the quality
