Had the most pleasant experience this afternoon with Suzanne! I have a date in a few days and needed some pretty undergarment options. I showed up without an appointment, having never been to the boutique before (I do recommend making an appointment ahead because had there been clients in the store I wouldn’t necessarily have been able to get in). Suzanne let me in happily, even without the appointment, and she immediately sized me up, in a good way. She picked a few great bottoms and a beautiful bra for me to try. I ended up leaving with a few pieces that I’m really happy with and I’m looking forward to going back again for some new items in a few weeks.

Please note, this shop is on the 5th floor of the building. Not hard to get to, but you won’t see a street level storefront.

There was no rush on time and customer service was unlike anywhere else we've been on the east coast - truly a 10/10 experience. Sugar Cookies was a delight to visit and the highlight of my trip. After I picked out one piece (a Thistle and spire bodysuit), the owner was able to accurately figure out my style and what I was looking for. She did a phenomenal job of picking out sets for me to try- there wasn't anything she grabbed that I didn't like, and picking out my final choices was a difficult task. She also was able to accurately guess my size for every piece. She was very kind and patient while helping me adjust the pieces as well. It was an incredible trip and if I ever come back to New York visiting Sugar Cookies again is my top priority. Highly recommend.

This is a great find. The stock runs the gamut from practical to fun. Come here to book a private appointment to try on lingerie in a safe, pretty, and friendly place. Husbands and fiances are welcome, too. Susanne is so helpful, and I will gladly go back next time I am in NYC.

My best friend and I had an appointment with Susanne and I have to say it was one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had! The store was adorable and Susanne knew exactly what to bring us. For the first time I have great, sexy, and comfortable bra's that fit PERFECT. She was so much fun to work with and brought us pieces of all different price ranges.
