I stopped in by chance and the sales person explained why my underwire bra was hurting. I was in a big hurry because I was traveling from the US… she quickly fitted me in the best bra I’ve ever had, I’m 70. She explained that bras can’t move around in order to be comfortable during the day. I was skeptical at first, but I love the lingerie I bought. I wear it all day and hardly notice I even have it on, and it does not budge on me . The sales lady was a small short, gray haired lady. Thank you, thank you.

Excellent service and extremely politely and helpful. I have mobility issues and was made comfortable. Every effort was made to ensure a good fit and I ended up buying three bras. They are expensive but that is what you pay anywhere for a quality garment. Highly recommend.

Wonderful service. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Great selection of lingerie and stocked very well for the larger busted ladies. Have a bra fitting service and they make sure you leave with the correct fit and that you're happy and confident with your purchase. You pay good money for good lingerie

My wife visited today , she was measured and fitted the staff were professional , empathetic , knowledgeable , and ensured the products selected fit perfectly
She cannot recommend this place any higher a service and advice far and away superior to department stores

I loved my fitting at The personal touch. The name is very appropriate! I’m a middle aged woman with autism and I had experienced bad fittings in other places because I didn’t feel listened to. Bernadette took all my sensory issues into account and made sure the fitting was a good experience for me. I appreciated the expertise and calm kindness shown. I will definitely be shopping for bras from here from now on.

Beautiful lingerie! I felt catered for, pretty, and normal - I finally found a bikini my shape and size, and for once I feel normal and comfortable. Would recommend for all size and ages
