The items are undoubtedly beautiful, though overpriced in my opinion—but that's not the main issue. The sales staff didn't even greet me or acknowledge my presence the entire time I was there, let alone offer assistance. At these price points, you'd expect not just high-quality lingerie but also an impeccable customer experience. It seems they may have forgotten that providing great service is part of their job. ?

Bad customer service.
I purchased an e-gift card with a scheduled delivery date via email. Needless to say, that's supposed to be a gift for a memorable date.
The email didn't get on the scheduled day, it didn't get within the next two days. No updates, no notifications other than the initial 'Your order has been confirmed'.
I had to contact customer service myself and got a response at that end of that day. They said the order got stuck in their system, so they have to cancel it, and if I want, I can start a new order. The gifting part was ruined for me..

I just wanted to update my review from back in the summer when I was first in because the experience was much better - total 180! Everyone was friendly, and I’m glad I gave it another chance cuz I got an exclusive made in NY thong after the bubbly blonde (manager I think) mentioned it. I’ll def be back anytime I’m in town now!

Poor customer service! My first order and only after paying for overnight do you get email stating it’ll be there next week. When I asked for help they reference hidden info you as a customer apparently should search out. Luxury brands should have excellent customer care. Not this brand! I’ve never heard of overnight shipping that doesn’t deliver on Saturday. If it’s not available you should t have it as an option at check out. You’d rather lose a repeat customer than offer some actual customer care. It’s sad.

I attended their latest event and it was
so much fun! The people there were so cool and the associates helped me even though it was busy. I had a great experience with Amelia who helped me pick out a gorgeous dress that I put on my Christmas wishlist 🙂 So great and I’ll definitely be returning outside of an event!
