Declan is very good at his job. His service is excellent, he assist with a smile on his face. He makes sure that you get exactly what you want even if it takes more than an hour for you to decide what you want. Whent to biy a new bed and we was given all the help we nead .The sales man put us under no pressure at all .Had plenty time to look round and try out beds We then bought one but after 4 weeks found it was not to ourliking whent back in and pick a new one under their 90 days return The sales staff great help us with no problem.s at all .would highly recommend st helens

So last saturday i went to st helens with my friend as she was looking for new bed and matress. We first went to another company and just felt like we was interupting them from gabbing so promptly left. We then went into st helens. And im no joking it was the best experience ive ever had shopping for furniture. We was served by a lady called Toni, she made us feel both at ease straight away. The other guys in there where so pleasant and chatty offered a brew. Juat a realy realy good experience so much so i bought a new bed and mattress to. Which i wasnt even planning to do. Lol. I can not recomend the st helsns team at dreams enough. Thank you so very very much for a fantastic experience.

From walking into Dreams St Helens and being approached by Kevin we had nothing but good service. Kevin advised us on the type of mattress which would suit us best and helped us to decide without any pressure to buy. We made our purchase, bed base & mattress and were given a delivery date. On the day before delivery we received a message advising that on delivery day we would receive a call giving us a 2 hour delivery slot and at 9am sure enough we received the call advising that delivery would be made between 10 & 12. At 9:50am the delivery men, Scott and Adam arrived with our order, and they were very friendly and pleasant, we had chosen delivery only and as we had been told that they would do, they proceeded to take our bed and mattress up to our chosen bedroom.
Thank you to everyone at Dreams who helped us to make our purchase, especially Kevin and to Scott & Adam, the "Dream Team" for their prompt efficient delivery.

After two disastrous previous mattress purchases costing approximately £1000 (not from Dreams, I have to say) we are finding our new bed and mattress very comfortable and we are both benefitting from a near perfect sleep

Our purchase was the Silentnight Recovery Double Mattress and the Dream Team 2 + 2 Divan Base

Lovely young man, Declan - very patient and didn’t try to sell me most expensive - I am disabled and he showed me what he thought may be most suitable for me. Comfort being the top goal but within a budget.
