Have bought a bed and mattress from the Birstall store. We also bought our last mattress there quite a few years ago too. We received lots of helpful advice from Linda the staff member who helped us, she supported us through our decision making, saving us money, sharing her experience and making us feel comfortable. Absolutely no pressure sales. Our old bed and mattress being collected by them too. Would definitely recommend this store. Excellent service.

Went in to look tonight. Even though I stated I was looking, the service was second to none much better than Benson for beds. Just to need to make a decision and then I will be back to buy. Thank you all, your friendly attitude and willing to be there when I had questions has definitely made me choose Dreams to purchase my bed from. Will be back soon

On visiting Dreams in Birstall we were met by David who was extremely helpful and professional, proving all the information we needed to make a choice. He was attentive, yet leaving us to discuss and make our choice on the options available. I would certainly recommend Dreams if considering beds, mattresses, bedding, pillows etc.

Great experience at Dream Beds today. Farina was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. She helped us with the bed assessment and helped us to find our perfect bed. It was good to meet someone who took time to listen.

I have had a horrific experience with this company and would not recommend their service. I purchased a bed frame, headboard and mattress from Dreams at the end of March. My order was delivered on the 7th of May. The mattress arrived and it is soiled and the fabric is damaged with the springs poking out, I immediately called the delivery drivers who advised me to go through customer services. Customer services told me my option was to go back to the Leeds store where I purchased the order and to pick another mattress. When I got to the store the sales assistants refused to speak to customer services on my behalf, which left me no other alternative but to call from home. When I rang customer services they have now gone back on their word and claim the mattress was like this when I bought it, making me out to be a liar. I am now being refused a replacement and advised that I have to pay more money for a replacement which I believe is totally unfair when the mattress I chose has been damaged in transit/warehouse. I have requested a whole refund for my order which they still haven't got back to me about, I have therefore gone through the stress of contacting my bank to stop the payment going through. Overall, I have had extremely poor treatment from this company and a really stressful weekend after waiting over a month for my order. I have attached pictures of the damage for reference.

Linda assisted us and was really helpful. Didn't feel rushed. The simulator worked a treat and helped us to choose the correct mattress. Lovely store and atmosphere. Very knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend.

Had the pleasure of buying a mattress from Steve at Dreams Birstall Leeds. From entering the store he was happy to help and give advice. Not pushy one bit just knowledgable with our requirements. We used the mattress simulator which I never knew existed and it help in our choice of mattress. We were offered tea & coffee which always helps when parting with money. Personally if you are looking to buy a mattress try Steve at Birstall you want be disappointed. Lovely fella thankyou.

Went into the store today, ready to purchase a bed. We were approached by a staff member who started to talk us through the different products unfortunately he was very eager to leave us to have a browse , we were asking him lots of questions so we could get an idea of what the best product was for us, but to be honest he really could not be bothered with us and just wanted to go back downstairs to stand behind your staff desk.

Initially we thought he was just busy however I realised towards the end he was just being awkward he kept going away and when we asked him a question when he came back up he got very short with us as he was supposedly ‘checking something’ the store was completley dead he then went onto apologise to us for his behaviour he was a older white gentleman with glasses. He was very rude to the point where we did not want to deal with him anymore. As we left he shouted behind us ’Your welcome’ 😂 is this the type of people you choose to employ. If we had more time I would have spoken to the manager.

We then went two doors down and spent £2700 in bensons beds with much better service. Please reconsider the type of staff you employ and get basic customer service skills right
