Popped into Dreams this evening and was assisted by Michele who was amazing, very friendly and informative. Assisted us to do the mattress/sleep test then went on to try out mattresses and showed us around the ottoman beds. Ended up purchasing both mattress and bed; would definitely recommend.

We recently visited Dreams, Chester to look for a new mattress, and we had a positive experience. Carole was extremely knowledgeable and patient. Carole took the time to help us find the perfect mattress and provided us with valuable advice on which would suit us best. The store itself was clean, well-organised, and had a relaxing atmosphere, which made it easy to browse without feeling rushed.
We also found their prices and deals to be reasonable for the high-quality products they offer.

On entering the Store we were greeted by Michelle who was very helpful but not pushy we were also helped by Colleen both lovely ladies. Nothing was too much trouble, they were both very informative. We were both given a pillow each of our own choice to try the firmness of different Mattress’s. We were also both offered a complementary drink of tea or coffee as we went to pay.
