A warm and friendly service from Solly. Nothing was too much trouble for him in answering our questions. He showed us a full range of beds and mattresses which were 'Dream matched' to our needs. He ensured that we understood all the options to make the correct choice and made us feel like valued customers.

me and my partner where looking a for a new mattress, we received great customer service from suleman, he had us use the sleep match which helped us to determine what mattress type was best for us. He then showed us a few options with various prices, couldn't fault his customer service

I purchased a new pillow here it's so comfy and made my back better when I wake in the morning! When we went 1 person had gone on their lunch so there was only 1 man working. There was a customer already in then us then some more came in. Ge honestly is a credit to dreams! He was going back and forth ensuing all customers were seen too and no question seemed too much for him. I wish I knew his name to allow management to give him credit!

We were greeted with a warm reception & after we told the sales man what we wanted he not only measured our sleep position but guided us through many different options that we didn’t know about. From different types of mattress's & pillows then to the bed of our Dreams. We ended up buying a bed with lights & a built in TV with great discounts, not sure if this was because I knew the salesman from working with him from years ago but we know we got a great deal and I can’t remember a better shopping experience than what we had.
