We had a wonderful experience when we were looking for a suitable bed for our son. We’ve been approached by one of your sales person called Sarah and she was very helpful, pleasant and a friendly disposition. She offered us tea both for me and my husband. She gave us a thorough explanation of your products and gave us options as to what will suit our needs and budget. We were not forced in any way and made us feel very comfortable. We will certainly recommend you and your products to our friends and family.

We had a brilliant experience at Dreams in Doncaster. Our sleeping positions were electronically analysed to suggest which would be the best mattresses for us. We then tried several of the ones suggested. Sarah was so welcoming. She made sure we had pillows that were appropriate for each of us and even supplied tea while we choosing. She then explained all of the different bed frames. I highly recommend this store and all of its staff.

Great Experience! Sarah was very welcoming, friendly and patient! She had good knowledge of the stock and products. We were given beverages and the sleep Experience! Excellent service. Very welcoming and friendly. No pressure sales, very patient. Sarah had great knowledge of the stock and was able to offer lots of options for our needs. Offered refreshments and 'the sleep experience'. We came away very happy with our purchase and got a great deal with the help of 'discount Dave'. Highly recommended!

The staff at Dreams in Doncaster were extremely welcoming as we explored our options. The staff helped us to ensure that we were making the right choice by allowing us to test the different mattresses based on our sleep matches. We never felt pressured and left happy with our choices and cant wait to recieve our order. Would highly recommend.

My sister & I went to the Dreams Doncaster store today & were greeted very warmly by Sarah, she offered us drinks which we duly accepted. She sat down with us & asked us what we were shopping for.
I explained that my sister Jackie has Dementia & would like a new bed. Sarah listened to Jackie’s needs & concerns & then offered to put her on the Sleepmatch bed which scans your body & recommends the type of mattress to suit . We took Sarah up on this offer & after asking a few questions it was programmed for Jackie to lie down, Jackie has problems with her neck & asked for a pillow, Sarah duly obliged & brought one for her to use. After the scan, Sarah told us the results & took us over to try a couple of mattresses of differing support. She showed us the bed frame that can be adjusted to raise the head & foot of the mattress, to ease any aches & pains & to aid getting on & off the bed more easily. She showed us the remote control and how easily it can be operated, something that Jackie tends to struggle with, it looked to be fairly straight forward. Sarah explained that the height of the bed can be adjusted, by the guys that come out to deliver & set up the bed, to suit your personal needs. We were also told about the ‘100 day change of mind’ whereby if you are not happy with your choice of mattress after 30 days & before 100days you can return & change it. This gave us peace of mind.

Jackie seemed delighted with this type of bed and decided that she would like to purchase one. Sarah fully explained the cost of the bed, mattress & the charges to have the existing bed removed & recycled. Also Jackie opted to take out the extra guarantee for the bed frame with it being mechanical. We then chose the date we would like to take delivery. Sarah explained thoroughly what would happen before and on the delivery day and gave us a bag to put the old mattress inside for the guys to take it for recycling.

We were both thoroughly delighted with our experience at Dreams Doncaster and would highly recommend Sarah, she was very friendly, patient & helpful from start to finish. She allowed us to take time to think things through & gave Jackie ample time to lie on the bed to be sure that it was the right mattress for her. At no point whilst we were in store were we made to feel rushed.

Great customer service.
Just bought a new bed and mattress from Doncaster store and was treated very well. Our sales person was called Sarah and she couldn't do enough for us. She gave us pillows to lay on whilst trying any bed out. We also had the chance to try the sleep machine which gave us an idea of which mattress suited us. Explained all the deals that were on and was very nice. Sarah gave us a hot beverage whilst going through all the details of how we could pay. We really enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend shopping here.
