Scott made the process of buying an engagement ring easy and stress free. He listened to everything and made great suggestions based on the info he was given. He educated along the way as well to ensure I was comfortable with every step of the process. He also personally checked in once the ring was picked up to make sure I was 100% happy with it. Weeks later, when he called me back to view the results, we celebrated our collaborative success. The earrings were breathtaking! It’s such a pleasure to shop at Desires By Mikolay. Scott and the team are so gracious and knowledgeable. They really make sure you get what you want and walk away happy. Scott helped me pick the perfect leather strap for a very special watch. What an amazing experience I had today at Desires By Mikolay. Everyone was so helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make me feel appreciated as a Customer. The jewelry is absolutely beautiful. With the help of the well trained and knowledgeable staff I was able to stay within my budget and pick out just the most perfect necklace and earrings. But my fantastic experience didn't stop there - they were kind enough to take a picture of each piece and text it to me and hearing what a stressful day I was having offered me a complimentary gift candle to come home and relax with.
