unbelievable labor day bargains, friendly and helpful staff but not overbearing. they have plenty of fitting rooms as well as a restroom and some cozy chairs. got a new wardrobe for an adult and a child at a really good price!

Spoke to the rudest employee on the phone! I was trying to make an exchange. Said she was busy and had to put me on hold for 5 minutes. Then asked what the style number was and when I didn't immediately know it, she said she had to put me on hold again. I asked for her name and she refused to give it. I understand if the inventory is different from the website but she kept cutting me off when I was trying to ask a question.

I just shopped at this Gap on Broadway. I thought it had closed. I purchased a classic black dress here and it's so comfortable. Cotton and got it on sale.. Only wish it had pockets. Can't wait to wear it. A few years back I got a light green dress and so comfortable. Also on sale.

Cool wares and good sales bargains. Overall a great experience UNTIL you wait at the cashiers. Takes ages for no reason and some staff leave unnecessary alarm bells shrieking for 5 minutes until they get yelled at by their own colleagues for doing so. Slow and noise end to an otherwise nice shop experience.

I agree with Mark (previous review). The selection for men is pretty bad. If you happen to find anything, they won't have the right size.
Also be prepared to wait in line. Not sure what's in the water lately but they don't give a flying rat tail if there's 10 ppl waiting on line. It doesn't directly effect them, so it's not really happening 🤣🤣.

Same stuff you'd expect- Waiting at the register to pay is endless. The cashiers spend too much time signing customers up for credit/reward cards and takes forever . Maybe there should be a line just for that. i end up leaving my intended purchases most of the time . Retail is being replaced by on line for a reason. I'd rather shop on line than wait on line!
