Disappointing Durability for the Price!!!!
I purchased two pairs of Prada sneakers a year ago, hoping for high-quality and stylish footwear. Unfortunately, I'm disappointed with their durability. The soles on both pairs have cracked, which is unexpected given the brand's reputation and the price point. While the design and comfort were initially impressive, the lack of longevity is a letdown. For premium sneakers, I expected better performance.

“Prada offers a limited warranty of two years from the date of purchase that covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship” states the website.

The store representative kindly explained that the soles are not covered by the warranty.

I hope Prada addresses this issue in future collections, as the experience has been frustrating for a loyal customer.

My first time ever in a Prada store and I loved it !!! The music playing it was so nice ! The sales lady Olga I believe was very friendly and helped me find this beautiful Prada bracelet ! I can’t wait to go back and find something else.

The salesperson (male) at the cash register was rude, and I got yelled at him because I didn’t mention in advance that I had an account with them. I said that I thought he would ask me first, and he said they were too busy because it’s the holiday season? Not happy with the store after spending so much money. I do not recommend this store.

Great customer service! We were greeted with friendly smiles as soon as we entered and the staffs did a great job between making sure we are taken care of while also have freedom to roam around and explore. Our SA, Hafiz, was courteous and professional. Happily made a purchase here and recommend this location. Only call out is you only get dust bag and paper bag with your purchase - no prada logo box though you get brown cardboard box if requested.

My husband shops at this Prada for me on a regular basis. He bought something that was not on sale and not marked final sale. We went to exchange it for something of equal value since it did not fit. The cashier told us she could not return it and we asked if an exchange was acceptable to which she responded she would be getting the manager. The manager Corey came over with a very elevated voice immediately and embarassed us. Ive never seen anyone in "luxury" speak to a client like this. He very condescendingly said that "it was standard in "luxury" to not offer returns/exchanges" (I've never heard of this), we had just done the same transaction at Givenchy with tremendous customer service. He directed us to the back of the receipt that said final sale is not returned or exchanged and I pointed him to the front of the receipt where nothing shows final sale or any price adjustments. My husband bought me a significant amount of items from this store just the week prior and we will never be back again.
