Lingerie is definitely something that should not be left to chance! You want to be able to choose the appropriate items for that special someone and pardon me for saying, online shopping is for the birds! Joan was absolutely outstanding with her personality! And the selection is just absolutely amazing. I'm so glad that I was able to go by and find those special gifts for my bride to be! I can't wait to come back!

Joan, the owner, was amazing. She is an expert regarding all types of bras, shapewear etc... She is extremely kind and patient and makes you feel very comfortable. Had a great bra fitting experience. I had a wonderful experience at Chantilly Lace for a fitting. There was street parking as well as private parking located on the side of the building. When I arrived there were several customers before me. Joan, the owner was gracious and sweet. She greeted me and let me know she would be fitting me as soon as she was done with her current customer. There is a lot to see in the store while you wait. When it was my turn, Joan measured me and knew exactly what would work for my size. She also brought different styles so I can understand how certain how sizes can challenge a fit. This lady is experienced and understands the construction and fit of a bra. She helped me find my perfect style which immediately complimented the why I felt and looked in my clothes. Joan shared she would keep me informed of colors with my particular style and size. I am thrilled. For those who enjoy personal service and quality you will not be disappointed. Joan has it cinched !

I had just the most amazing experience. I had been wearing bras that clearly didn't fit for a long time. I dreaded putting one on in the morning, but that has completely changed since my visit and purchase from Chantilly Lace. Joan took a lot of time one on one with me. She gave me options at all different price points. After hearing I enjoy running, she even found me the absolutely best sports bra. I left with three amazing bras that fit amazingly. Thank you Joan and Chantilly Lace for restoring my faith in comfortably wearing bras again!!!

I was in desperate need for a proper bra fitting and new bras and I’m so happy I found Chantilly Lace! Joan is super patient and more than eager to help, first with an experienced eye then with careful measurements. I think she had me try on 25 bras, some minimizing, some lifting and squeezing, some super lightweight, some athletic. On top of that she has a packed store with every imaginable kind of robe and chemise and underthings, including lingerie and even an adults-only area. Do yourself a favor and skip the department store for personalized service reasonably priced. And if she doesn’t have it in stock or carry it she’s more than happy to get it for you. I will definitely shop here again!
