I have been dropping off laundry here weekly since 2019 and have received impeccable service. My clothes are returned in perfect condition, folded and ready to drop into my drawers. It's never a problem if I have an item that needs special care or handling and they've been reliable with the occasional rush order. I also appreciate the loyalty program, which is tracked automatically by my customer number.

I really love the convenience of this mat but unfortunately the dryers ALWAYS leave my clothes smelling musty. I don’t pay money for my clothes to smell dirtier than they were when I came In. Like others have stated the dyers are always down and the ones that are available you have to nose check. Folding my laundry now after I thought the dryer I used was okay but alas, it smells 🙁

This place sucks. The people are nice but they're never fixing anything and they don't have enough dryers working to even match the number of washers. Come at your own risk even middle of the week/ middle of the day. If they didn't have a monopoly on laundromats on the block I'd never return!

Trying to support new black businesses but service here is Terrible. Workers use up most of the machines and get an attitude when you ask to use ones that are finished. Machines are already broken and it’s a fairly new laundromat. There is only a 3 dryer max per person and the space is so small you can barely move around, so if you have a lot of clothes this isn’t the place to come. 2 stars just for it being close to my home.

I get all my laundry done at M & M Community Laundry and I love the service! The staff is always friendly, professional and lovely to chat with. My laundry is always folded and packed beautifully and the team at M & M Community Laundry really does a great job! I highly recommend their services.

Respect for the wash and fold service. I value those who help me with this task I despise. 2 stars for convenience, since I do live near AND despite the service, I have tipped the staff. That said, my main issue is they do not couple the socks into a bundle and charge additional fees upon pick up. (If I am going out of my way to get cash for laundry any additional fees makes this tricky.)

I've been doing my laundry here for more than two years now. Great staff, great service. Everyone is always super helpful. When I drop off my laundry, it's always done on time. Highly recommend.
