I am writing to share my recent experience at your Bandlaguda branch. Unfortunately, I found the staff to be unhelpful and lacking in customer support. This resulted in a disappointing shopping experience.

I kindly request that you address this issue by providing better training to your staff to ensure they are attentive and supportive to customers.

Worst shop ever seen, facility team used to switch off the AC as they are least bothered about customers comfort, they installed AC but only for eyewash purpose.
Staffs are poor in communication and non trained, they don’t know how to behave with customers.
12 billing counters installed but only 1 is active with long que, they don’t value customers time and even they want customers to suffer in long waiting que without any AC, inside is full suffocating.
Manager doesn’t bother about customers pain, they know only counting currencies.
Male Security guard is highly unprofessional and don’t have any manners to treat customers.
I’ll not recommend peoples to visit this shop. Pathetic staffs and must be replaced.

Vishal Mega Mart Bandlaguda provides a wide range of Fashion Clothes, Shoes, Bags, Belts and Accessories at affordable prices, Best offers all year, basic brands available not premium brands, staff is not well trained and impolite staff, Management should look into this matter immediately as it's a very serious issue, accepts cards, cash and online payments, parking is easily available for 2 wheelers and for 4 wheelers..

Great offer , great deals... of you have kids it's good place to do shopping as you find reasonable ? clothes and toys.

There was sale running on many electronics items and many others as well.
It's pretty crowded on weekends.

When it comes to clothes for kids, Men/Women this is a good one to try. As prices are low and quality is satisfactory to the level of pricing. You have to visit this store in the weekdays because that's when the new stock arrives as far as I have noticed. The only drawback is that they are not maintaining it good, no Air Conditionding provided nowadays. Bad!

Being the customer of this outlet since 22 years of their first branch at Abids, thought to visit this store on bandlaguda road only to shock about unavailable staff, rates as same as other outlets not much discounts and options. Vishal should improve this outlet compare to Pvnr Bridge outlet.
