I love coming to this store. The amount of respect and effort that these ladies gave me was great customer service. Also I highly recommend coming here if you want to find your perfect dress. They have a variety of selections for any occasion. I had my dress altered here and they did amazing. 10/10

This store profiled my daughter and I for the entirety of our visit. They interrupted our private conversation and told us what sections we were “allowed” to choose from. The complete lack of customer service was insane. Not to mention, they insinuated I wasn’t Hispanic (I am Native American) to be so blatantly racist is a disgrace to the Hispanic culture. They should be ashamed. Also, the overly priced dresses all had some form of damage on the cheap material. Very sad.

Legitimately deserves 0 stars! The workers of this establishment were so rude! All throughout my trip one worker continued to follow me and my mom around the store and we finally tried a dress on, they didn’t allow us to try on a bigger size. Unless you want someone to look at you like you’re a thief and treat you like trash, don’t come here

If I could I’d give 0 starts! Super RUDE attitude, they were on me and my daughter the whole time not letting us shop, acting as if we were going to steal or soil their gowns. We aren’t allowed to even touch the dresses to check how soft or poky the materials are. DON’T come here!!

very bad service, unpleasant treatment as soon as I asked about something similar he told me no
and I asked him to measure a dress for me and he said no, you have to make sure you buy it, I really don't recommend it, it seems like they don't want to sell because with that attitude, no thanks.
And to top it off, he asked me how much money I was thinking to buy something that shouldn't be asked for. racism

The girls were so nice here. I came on Monday looking for a dress for my courthouse wedding on Friday and they assured me they would be done with the alterations which they were! They made me feel so comfortable and confident in my dress. I’m so happy I got my dress from them! Can’t thank them enough!

They are truly lifesavers ! I purchased two of the most adorable little girl dresses with them as well as a dress for myself. I did not know what I was looking for at first but the girls there helped me with everything I needed. I got my dress altered from the length and the straps were taken in as well. Everything came out perfectly! Thank you Luxury Boutique girls .Keep up the good work!!!
