I ordered a dress on July 4, 2024 and it's been over a month and I haven't received my order. I have tried to contact them and I get no response. I have been charge for the dress. If I don't hear from someone soon I will report them. But I really want the dress. My order number is #2249

I ordered a pair of jeans from this place and was told they would be mailed in a couple of days. I had to keep contacting the owner to see if she mailed, and she said yes. I could tell they were not mailed on the USPS website. She finally mailed them after a week, and I got them in a couple of days. They are very cute but too large. I sent her a message asking if she had a smaller size, and her response was to text her, and I did not have any response back. She then sent a message in messenger that was not the corr3ct place to start a return! Return? I want to exchange them . I thought long and hard about this review, but if it were a major department store...I would do the same. Rude! Horrible customer service. Talk to your customers...not at them.

I have been shopping at this boutique for about 4 years now and I have loved every piece bought and still have them in my closet to this day.

Recently, I’ve started using the cosmetic line and I give it two thumbs up, especially for the liquid matte colors! I was not convinced the colors would wear right on me and the owner convinced me to try them with her winery lip liner. So I did and the application was smooth and soft and then just like that, it dried into place. My lips did not feel dry throughout the day and most of all, the color lasted until I took it off at night!

I love the line! I love the store and I’m a satisfied customer.

I am wholeheartedly a supporter of House of Dasha. The store was recommended to me by a friend who lives locally in Dallas. Upon her recommendation, I checked out the website. (I live in NY and could not go to the location.) I saw so many items I wanted. I finally chose a beautiful jacket, and I placed my order. Due to an issue with the post office my delivery was delayed. I expressed my concerns via email to the owner of House of Dasha. Within hours I had a response. The owner made sure that I was informed every step of the way, despite the fact that she had done her part by bringing it to the post office. Her job was done. But she went to the post office, followed up, and found out the cause of the delay. My jacket arrived later than expected, but the service was impeccable which is important to me. The jacket is stunning. I will be ordering regularly from this gem of a store. It has unique pieces coupled with superb service. Whether you are a local shopper or an out of state customer, House of Dasha will make you a believer.

WOW!! Thank you so much for the great customer service you provided to me prior to placing an order. I chosed the 4 payment options, and I received my jumper just 4 days after doing so. I am so in love with my jumper. It's great to know that we can shop from the comfort o f our homes during this pandemic and not worry about scams or back orders. I've called, texted and emailed several times about an order. I have not received any information on this order and no one has had the courtesy of contacting me back. If I need to have someone pick up the order I can. This is a very frustrating experience. I realize it's the Holiday season but it's called customer service. I got an email saying you received my order and nothing after that. Thank you for you response but I sent my order number and still nothing! I finally received my order but never received any email. Loved the dress and again Thank you!

I truly enjoyed my experience today at House of Dasha! I walked in and was immediately greeted with, "Hello Beautiful". She asked if I was here for the sale, I said well, could be! I showed her the dress I was looking for...even though I said it was majority red, she said majority pink (inside joke)!
It was just truly a fun & pleasurable shopping experience. I was in and out in 20 minutes or less!
