Black Diamond makes some of the best gear in the world. They also hire great customer service and business development employees. This morning I happen to be on an adventure in the Wasatch when someone complimented my Black Diamond Jacket. After a pleasant exchange, he noticed a small tear in my jacket and told me to bring it Black Diamond HQ so he could fix it. I can’t tell you about my experience because their hours of operation are the worst! Good luck getting your item warrantied. They’re open Tuesday-Thursday from 9-11a and then from 4-530p. So 3.5 hours a day three days a week. What a joke!!

Black diamond stands behind their products. After a few months, my zipper broke on my new pants. They gave me a brand new pair! The warranty dept is great and super kind. I recommend black diamond equipment to everyone. It's tough and bombproof and best of all, if anything happens, the warranty dept is happy to help. I recommend this company.

Has a good amount of gear would need for outdoors activities. It’s not a huge place, but they have some stuff. Upstairs are skis, poles, climbing carabiners, etc.
Down stairs is the discounted stuff from the past season
