Faulty bra after 1 month of wearing. I have been told by customer service it was my fault and they won’t do anything for me. Customer service abysmal - state they don’t have a complaints process. I have had to constantly chase throughout and the issue is still not resolved 2 months on. As someone who works in CEO complaints for a British company I am shocked at the way this company treats its customers! Will never use again.

The range & choice is superb and the free delivery & returns are a definite advantage. I have purchased 4 so far and am very pleased with all them. There are serious savings to be made on these bras which are all reputable brands. There is a good choice in my size, 32G, a size where most underwear retailers don't provide a wide selection or such pretty bras.

Bought a few items for the good lady and she was very impressed…
Delivery was on time and great comms throughout. One item returned due to size but refunded to card within 7-10days of posting.

Great experience with this company and won’t hesitate to buy again.

I have ordered quite a few bits from this company to be delivered to Spain and everything arrives quickly and in great condition. Even during lockdown when a package ended up being sent back to the UK, they reposted with no extra charge. The prices are great for 'uncommon' sizes (that you can't readily get on the high street) and I've been really happy with everything. Customer service is fab and the postage is excellent value.

DO NOT USE!!!!!! Customer service is horrendous! Very rude ladies. Post man didn't push my order through the door, left it hanging out of the door and someone has stolen it by the time I got back from work. I'm left with no bra and no refund. Company refuses to refund, didn't even offer to re send the bra. Lack of communication from them is also below standards. I had to chase it myself after weeks of not hearing from them once I've raised the dispute. I'm discussed by the way I have been treated. I'll be contacting my bank to raise a dispute this way to get my money back.
