I’ve stayed here plenty of times. Over the years it has gotten better as far as cleanliness. They started doing the packaged breakfast items due to Covid and didn’t stop after which I feel is good but variety would be great. They use to have coffee makers in the room and now they do not which is a bummer but we managed. The gal at the front desk when I checked in “Tina” was exceptionally helpful when I checked in and had to change rooms. Convenient shopping and fuel stations and will stay again.

Start by saying I haven't been credited my $50 deposit as of the night I checked out.
Room was adequate, comfortable bed & pillows. They installed a panel on the wall that you used to set the temperature. It was 59 when I walked in the room, ok trying to save expenses, I get it. I think the panels were installed to allow them to control the temp in the office. Once in the room I eventually settled on 73 as my desired temp. After awhile I left to get some food. When I got back the panel was set at 63. Wth
Also, it says check-in is 3pm & they mean not a minute before! Carrying the save expenses a little too far imo. I tried checking in a little after 2pm but was told not until 3 so went & waited in my car.
There were only 3 cars in the entire parking lot so rooms were available. Apparently what the customer wants/needs doesn't matter. Other than that your basic Super8. Been to a couple better & a few worse, been 1st time anywhere I've been made to wait until 3pm when rooms were readily available. YMMV

A super 8 motel, wasn’t the worst but far from good. They added new air units and the water pressure was great, but the place has a long way to go. Breakfast was a joke, honeybuns from the gas station and instant hot chocolate was all that was left at 8:30am.

Positive: Clean room Negative: Continental breakfast was slim pickings for a diabetic. No cereal of any kind. Only a ready made high sugar pastry, orange juice, apple juice. The only thing that worked for me was coffee and tea.

Had my emotional support dog with me. A few days later they rented room out from underneath me . The bed had a big dip in it. No coffee after 9am. Then called his relatives at other hotels to tell them I d t my dog out or clean up after them. Kept my deposit. Totally disgusted with the manager staff. Told the relatives about me. Super 8 should not be associated with big names at all

The hotel staff were all very polite helpful & friendly. The hotel was very clean and well kept. Our room was clean. The bed was very comfortable & clean. And even though breakfast had been long over by the time my husband went down, the staff gave him some Donuts and cinnamon rolls. It was also conveniently located next to a Walmart & dominos. It made our trip to Dixon for the Herbal Roots cannafest go so much better. Being a vendor in the heat 2 days in a row made it really important to have a nice cool, clean room & shower to come back to. Will definitely book again for our next trip through Dixon.
