I returned an item by recorded delivery, as it did not fit and requested a full refund. When I contacted the company to chase up the refund they said they had not received the item and would need proof that I had returned it. I send a photo of the recorded delivery receipt and a screen shot from the delivery company website to say the item had been delivered. However, the company have now stopped replying to emails and have not issued a refund. This is totally unacceptable

Thought some of the designs were quite nice but now having received them they are pretty average quality...I'd be very disappointed if I had paid full price for them. Bought all size 12 and there is some wildly different sizing so be interesting to see if they fit. They are a present which isn't ideal. Personally I'll stick to Marks and Spencers in the future. In fact I may pop there now and buy some "insurance" gift underwear!
They arrived quickly though in what is traditionally a very busy time of year.

Awful company. Said international shipping charged 7 pounds shipping and they failed to make a customs declaration. I am being constantly chased by Spanish customs for money and paper work. Same kind of item ordered at the same time from an other supplier

I just discovered this gem of a website recently, and so happy I did. I ordered some beautiful Chantelle underwear at half price and was delighted with the quality and the free, fast shipping. I'll be checking into this website regularly and excited to see what new products are arriving in my size!

TERRIBLE company. After ordering from them, they did not send me a confirmation email until I contacted them. When the products arrived they didn't fit, so I had to contact the company again to inquire how to return the items; his took 4 emails as it was clearly too strenuous to simply send me a return label the first time round. It has now been two months since I returned the wrong items and I am STILL waiting on a refund, every time I contact them they use covid-19 as an excuse, say they have a backlog and tell me to wait. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

When I sent the item back it was in a same condition as I received, they sent me the pictures in that item was dirty and had some sort of white lines and refused to issue a refund. It does look like somebody put it on left dirty and send pictures to refuse the refund which is totally unacceptable, unfortunately, I haven't made pictures before sending the item back as I never though such thing could happen.
Avoid this store as they are not honest as I would never send item in such state.
