At just over a year in, I absolutely love the experience I have had at Outcast! Everything we learn is practical and serves as a real world functional skillset. I have had the chance to meet great people and no matter what your experience level is, the instructors are mindful and you never feel out of place. Well worth looking into and Outcast has definitely helped me get into a healthier and more aware lifestyle. I’d give more than 5 stars and I am very grateful!

I highly recommend Outkast! The coaches are very knowledgeable. Everything taught is real world application and then demonstration. Once you are taught something, it is immediately applied through drills in a controlled but intentional environment. You will get a workout and gain the confidence you need to defend yourself or family. This is great for kids as well as adults of all ages.

They will push you in a good way, while helping you achieve your goals, whether it be self-defense, fitness, or desire to build your self-confidence. I spent 9 months training at Outcast Krav Maga with Mickey and several regulars. The only reason you won't find me there every Monday night now is that I was relocated across the country.

I left the class every night with a good sweat and confidence in what I had learned. It was nice to step away from the repetition of most martial arts and jump into just throwing intensity. Just wait for the stress drills!

Mickey is a fantastic instructor highly dedicated to his craft and determined to make Outcast Krav Maga a tight knit family. The regulars are ready and willing to work with you to make sure you get the training you signed up for.

If you have any interest, I insist you give it a try.

Extremely nice, kind, and knowledgeable. ImI never left feeling stupid if I get something wrong or need my form corrected. I'm learning some really neat moves, understanding how people normally attaca, and the best ways to defend. The instructors definitely take the time to make sure you're gonna be able to kick butt if the time comes that you need to defend yourself.
