Product quality is excellent, but you have to know your size and try the products to ensure they fit properly. In my case, I had to send everything back for a different size. Also, please expect delay on customer service response via emails. There could be some delay. Having said that, the overall experience has been pleasant.

I discovered MarieMur in 2020 and quickly became a fan of the brand. Not only are the design and quality of their product unmatched, the customer service is 10 out of 10. Unfortunately, my most recent order got lost in the mail and USPS was not helpful at all. I exchanged a few emails with Pylyp explaining the situation and a replacement order was processed the same day!

The products alone would’ve kept me coming back but I’m a sucker for good service.

Beautiful brand and very high quality product received in very chic packaging. The leather is very high quality and extremely sexy as depicted in the images and worth the money spent for sure. Customer service on some follow up I had was really fast friendly and efficient and solved my questions very fast. Highly recommend this brand if you come across it don’t think twice. On sizing I am normally a UK8 in clothing and the size ‘small’ was a great fit.

Lost my package but did not tell me for over a month. When they finally admitted it, half the items were out of stock. So they asked me to place a new order and pay for shipping since I no longer had the minimum required. Absolute scam! Worst customer service
