BUYER BEWARE: The manager of this store is one the rudest, most condescending sales people I’ve ever met. Horrific customer experience, WILDLY overpriced goods for the quality, and as soon as I got home I realized the garment I bought was dirty — still, no returns allowed whatsoever. I haven’t met someone that rude in a long time. There’s a perfectly lovely lingerie shop down the street with wonderful management called Laina Jane. Go there instead!

My mom and I found this sweet store about five years ago. Though she lives out of town, she sends me to that “sweet little store” to find her some thing for her birthday every year. I love their cotton separates. So relaxing to lounge around at any age. I just recently grabbed a set of long sleeve T-shirts. One in every color. Lovely. I always enjoy the people who work there, too. They make us feel special.

The lingerie is really cute but they only have sizes XS and S on display. So if you are larger than that size you need to wait for the salesperson to get every item for you from the stockroom, which can be a very tedious process

Been in this neighborhood for 7 years and walked into the store only today. I was just browsing and had a lovely conversation with the person there. It was such a pleasant experience that I’ve decided to go back more and support this local business. Everything in there is so cute!!!!!

Here's the thing. The product is great, hand made and really lasts, and nothing makes you feel sexier. But just go ahead and skip this location and head to their soho shop. The manager, the tall older black woman, is extremely rude and pushy to anyone who's just browsing. She's very judgmental about your bra size, as if you've been wearing the wrong size your whole life and are just now finding out. She's also pretty harsh if you try something on and decide it wasn't what you're looking for. As I was leaving, she asked me sarcastically for my name, almost as if to warn her staff not to sell to me. I've bought tons of their stuff, but I'm slowly realizing I have a much better time downtown.

I was passing by and the store looked cute so I went ahead in. As soon as I went inside she looked at my bag that read ‘recycle or die’ (which I had just bought at Flying Tiger Copenhagen about a minute earlier) and the women working at the register repeated what my bag said and then said ‘That’s a strong statement, for a place that makes all of their items in China.’ So I replied and said ‘yeah, we just went in for a couple things because it was around the corner.’ Then she replied with ‘looks like more than just a couple things,’ again sarcastically. I thought about buying something but I was quickly distracted after those rude comments she had to say when I immediately walked in. I understand that’s her opinion but it just made the whole 2 minutes I was in there uncomfortable and it was an unnecessary statement. Just the ‘hello, let me know if you need help with anything,’ would’ve sufficed. I would not recommend going here unless you want to be judged immediately in a tiny store and spoken to rudely. It was a rude and just awkward interaction.
