Terrible. Stay away. Placed a pre-order with them in November 2023. It is now May 27, 2024 and I was in a Discord server where I could get updates. For whatever reason they started kicking people out of the Discord and won’t respond to Discord DMs. I also reached out to them via their Instagram and they won’t respond. Sent numerous inquiries. I even sent an email and have not received a response. I was basically robbed for $60 by this company and there are TONS of other people who are in the same boat. Believe me when I tell you this is the WORST company to trust with your money. STAY AWAY! This the second time they do something like this. I should have known better. Might be time to lawyer up.

UPDATE: They finally responded via IG on 5/31/24 saying there was a delay and that orders would be processed soon… it is now 6/12/24 and still nothing. This negative review is more based on the professionalism and transparency of this company. I just want what I paid for… even if I eventually get my hat I can’t support this business any more.

This guy did a pre-order for New Era hats last June and it's been delayed twice now. Then today I'm told that the hats will arrive in July. That's over a year after I ordered it. Come to find out, this company doesn't have a contract with New Era to sell their hats. Now I'm asking for a refund because of their fraudulent business practices and Steven Velez is saying no cancellations on pre-orders. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! They are hustlers.

Been waiting over a year for a hat I preordered. They wouldn’t refund money back & kept pushing time we would get the hats back. Also saw in other reviews that they were caught selling fake shoes makes me wonder if the hats will also be fugazi lol. Spend you’re bread else where this company is just sad ‍♂️

Unbelievable experience. I had paid to get a hat to my house and they cancelled my order saying a bot ordered it!! I don’t even have one!! They made me wait a whole week for my money back and even charged me extra!

This store doesn’t deserve a review but I have to. They don’t deserve that one star too. The only reason why is because I can’t post my review. Shame, shame on you 95 North Boutique. I did a preorder on some hats from last year on 11/18/2023. It is almost the end of July and still hasn’t got any notification about preorder. I have emailed customer service more than 3 times no response. They can’t even reply or have the courtesy to let everyone know what is going on with the preorder hats. Are we getting the hat or not? Simple if not I need my refund. For them to see everyone else posted on their instagram page and just totally be ignored. Bad business I usually shop online now I don’t even want to support them. Really pissed off guy .

The transparency to their customers and their business/customer service is so unprofessional. Preordered a hat back on 11/23 on a hat they said would arrive and shipped to me by April ‘24. No word on its arrival nor have I gotten replies to any of my email messages. Feel scammed! Stay away from this shop…
