I started with 360 fourteen years ago when I became a security guard, as I wasn't armed and other than a kenpo karate stint a decade earlier, I knew little in the way of striking or self defense. It was a challenge for me with a schedule that didn't really allow much time for classes/training but I attended when I could.

Fast forward to now, post COVID (and all that nonsense) and 360 relocating from Signal Hill to Long Beach. They use a belt ranking system instead of the old practioner, graduate, master, etc. ranks from the old system. They old incorporate jiu jitsu into the curriculum; whereas the older system had some ground fighting aspects but stressed getting back up and either in or out of the fight.

Been coming fairly regularly since February 2024, lost a few pounds, learned what I can do (and can't do but can get better) and helped with my mental health when I had a recent job loss. It's also great to see other students progress, so we're all getting better.

You'll be hard pressed to find better instructors that can break down and fine tune your technique.

Bad experience. Signed up for a trial class online and showed up, didn't seem like
they knew I was coming. Sat awkwardly for 15 minutes in a reception area before just sort of barely engaging in the majority of the class in the corner.

Also doesn't seem practical. I've trained at other places that have like practical simulations, teach you defense against weapons and multi opponents situations. And you have like real life simulations they put you in to test your skills.This was like more kind of rehearsing combos. Seemed more for show and sport then real world.

One positive was the other students were welcoming, kind and eager to learn. So that created a positive atmosphere.

Absolutely thrilled to share my experience at KravMaga 360. I've been attending the school 3+ years, attend classes 3-5 times a week with my 13-year-old and 9-year-old sons, and I couldn't be happier with our progress.

To sum it up, whether you’re an adult looking to get fit while learning vital self-defense skills or a parent wanting a holistic developmental activity for your child, this KravMaga 360 school is an excellent choice.

We LOVE 360! Our kiddo has been coming here for 3 years. We've seen a growth in his confidence, leadership, and coordination. The coaches create such a positive environment allowing the kids to learn, but also have fun.

Not only are the regular classes great, but the summer camp is fantastic. There is so much thought put into the theme and activities, they are learning to be secret agents and solving missions while improving their skills and discipline.

I didn't know what to expect when I started. This was the first time for me taking any form of martial arts training. It was something I felt my son and I needed to do with the increasing amount of violence in our society and the need to be ready if something should occur.

Alan, Candace, and Gracie are phenomenal. They have the right balance of teaching the discipline with a no nonsense approach, patience, and making it fun. I've learned a lot in a short time. .. and the thing I've appreciated the most is the sincerity and their commitment to you. Alan tells you straight when you're excelling or making corrections in your technique. He wants you to be at your best and will definitely give you the tools to defend yourself. I definitely feel I'm in the right place and have more confidence as a result.

Learning at 360 has been a phenomenal experience! I went to a class on a total whim and was hooked immediately. I signed up for private lessons and have loved every single class. I train with Alan and he is an absolute master of his craft (both Krav and teaching). After a couple of months my husband joined me and he loves it. Since then our 11 year old and 7 year old have started taking classes...We all LOVE it. Candance (with the help of Grace) does the kids classes and she engaging, fun and fast moving. We all feel pushed, motivated and supportive. I can not give Krav 360 enough stars!
